Fern Nissim, President: Certified Marketing consultant

Integrated Marketing Source: Fern Nissim, principal of the firm, has 18 plus award-winning years of senior experience in the strategic marketing field. She has developed, designed and implemented numerous successful and highly regarded image-building campaigns, communications and development programs, which resulted in unprecedented growth for nonprofit and corporate organizations. Also a Certified Marketing Consultant, so designated by the International Council of Shopping Centers, Fern has established major clients in the business, retail, and cause-related arenas.

Irene Tolman, MA, CN, Business Coach and Trainer; Certified Networker

Irene Tolman has a strong marketing, coaching, and training background in both the corporate and small business arenas. Her experience includes five years overseeing marketing education for senior level domestic and international sales executives plus 20 + years business/ life coaching and teaching the art of networking to all levels of employees with an emphasis on personal assessment, skill development, marketing, planning and follow-through.

Irene is a co-founder of the Round Pond Group and the successful local networking group Network of Worcester (NOW!). She is an entrepreneur, owner of the very popular Coffee News of Central Mass., recognized for its high visibility advertising. She is also certified as a professional speaker.

Debra Page Mooney: Fundraising consultant and professional events planner

Debra brings nearly fourteen years of nonprofit resource development and special event experience.  Her career path has traveled through independent and private schools, human service agencies and United Ways throughout the Greater Boston and MetroWest regions.  A specialist in comprehensive development program management, Debra’s greatest strengths lie not only in building development programs, but also in giving an agency or school the development tools and skills they need for future growth. 

She created the first development program at Boston MedFlight, New England’s largest nonprofit critical care air transport agency.  She built the first formal alumni relations program at the Fessenden School, a prestigious 100-year-old day and boarding school for boys.  At the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest, she wrote the successful grant application to Compaq Computers, securing a $100,000 technology center for the Marlborough clubhouse.  The Joshua Frase Foundation, a family foundation created by a former NFL player, turned its operations and annual gala over to Debra who created a sustainable infrastructure and database.  Now, using the tools Debra developed for the foundation, they are closing in on their first million dollar evening.

Jared Nissim, Web Developer

With 10+ years of website development experience, Jared brings his design and project management skills to Round Pond Group.

Vicki Ritterband specializes in public relations for nonprofits, health
care organizations and small businesses. Among the services Ms. Ritterband provides are: media and public relations placement, community outreach and communications. She is currently doing marketing work for a geriatric care management company, including brochure and website writing.

Ms. Ritterband is a former print journalist and the winner of several writing and public relations awards, including three Bell Ringer Awards for a public relations campaign created for the Massachusetts Medical Society on the importance of hand washing. Stories about Ms. Ritterband’s clients have appeared in many print publications, including The New York Times, The Boston Globe, Business Week and the Chronicle of Higher Education as well as electronic media including National Public Radio, CNN and all of the major Boston television stations.

Arthur Dimond has extensive (25-plus) years of public relations experience that includes strategic planning, program development and management, public affairs, crisis management, editorial development and media relations, marketing communications, investor relations, extensive writing in most forms, and general public relations counsel. In addition, Dimond has in-depth entrepreneurial and managerial experience gained from founding, building, and running his own firm (Dimond Communications Group, Inc.) and playing senior executive roles in four other firms.

Other team members and professional services are brought in on a per need basis for specific projects.
